Requests, including lists of requests, that will take longer than 30 minutes to complete will be invoiced at $75 per hour for each additional hour. This fee is the standard fee for maintenance on websites that I have created for my current customers.

If, after reviewing the issues, I find that the problem will take more time to complete, I will send you an estimated time to complete and a full explanation of the issue and what needs to be fixed.
