If you are ready to migrate your site to my care and hosting, please read the following information.

As you proceed, keep in mind that a website migration may take up to 72 hours to complete. We will keep your current site available on your current hosting service until we are ready to make the conversion. This strategy will minimize your site down time.

Note: I am requesting passwords to your site. I will need your site credentials in order to gain access and begin the migration process. I will perform an exploratory procedure to be sure that I retrieve all required processes, documents, plug-ins and/or APIs necessary to run your site. Please be patient.

When you have completed this form, please do not email the document; bring this document with you to our scheduled meet-up and hand it to me in person at that point. Your website security is of paramount importance.
